Draping & Professional Policy

At Real Thai Spa & Wellness, your comfort, privacy, and safety are our priority. Proper draping is required during all massage sessions, and all services are provided in a respectful and professional environment.

Any inappropriate behavior, language, or request will not be tolerated and may result in the immediate end of the session.

No-Show Policy

We kindly ask all clients to arrive on time for their scheduled appointment. If you are unable to attend, please contact us in advance so we may adjust our schedule accordingly.

Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may affect future booking availability.

Late Arrival Policy

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to respect the next scheduled appointment. The full service price may still apply.

Professional Conduct Policy

Real Thai Spa & Wellness provides professional therapeutic bodywork services only. Any request for sexual services, sexual behavior, harassment, or other inappropriate conduct will result in the immediate termination of the appointment without a refund and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
